All Areas

• Cobwebs removed
• Window sills wiped down
• Floors vacuumed and/or mopped
• Glass and other hard surfaces wiped down
• Wipe clean light switches, doors and frames
• Empty rubbish bins
• Dust light fittings and ceiling fans
• Skirtings wiped down
• Blinds dusted
• Internal window clean including frames and tracks

Kitchen

• Stove top, range hood, benchtops and splashback wiped down
• Cupboard and drawer fronts wiped down
• Fridge exterior wiped down
• Sink including taps and spout cleaned
• Appliances wiped down
• Inside microwave cleaned
• Inside oven cleaned
• Top of fridge and cupboards wiped down

Bathrooms

• Bath cleaned
• Shower recess and glass cleaned
• Mould treated
• Basin and vanity cleaned (outside only)
• Mirror cleaned
• Toilets cleaned and disinfected inside and out

Extra Items - these items incur extra charges

• External window cleaning including fly screens (single storey only)
• Blinds cleaned
• Laundry washed and hung out (max 2 loads)
• Ironing
• Carpet cleaning
